RoleService Designer
A experience design project that spanned the entire Department of Defence ecosystem. Defence personnel were drowning in a sea of paperwork, and their internal systems were riddled with inconveniences and frustration. 

The Good Design Awards recognised our human-centred approach and innovation, with over 90,000 Defence employees now being able to navigate their daily activities with newfound ease and comfort.
